The answer

You do not know whether what you are complaining about is an ordinary matter that you are exaggerating or a true tribulation. If it is the latter, then it is a test from Allah, so be patient and you will be rewarded and your ranks will be elevated; otherwise, you will sin. Patience is better for you. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Wondrous is the affair of the believer, for there is nothing good for anyone but the believer: if prosperity befalls him, he is grateful, and that is good for him. And if adversity befalls him, he is patient, and that is good for him." Impatience will not change anything; rather, it will bring sin and psychological torment. Look at those who are less afflicted than you, for this will help you to be content and patient. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you looks at someone who has been favored over him in wealth and appearance, let him look at someone who is beneath him, over whom he has been favored." Wishing for death is forbidden. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you should wish for death due to harm that has befallen him. But if he must, let him say: 'O Allah, keep me alive as long as life is good for me, and cause me to die when death is good for me.'" And stay away from having ill thoughts about people.
