What is the ruling on a lawyer who litigates in a man-made court that does not rule by Sharia, knowing that his client is in the wrong or is denying a crime he committed? And is he thereby considered to be content with other than Allah's rule, thus committing an act of disbelief (kufr)? And what is the ruling on the one who appointed him as a representative?
