What are the creatures that Allah created with His hand, what is the evidence for that, and what is the reason for specifically mentioning the hand?

Allah created Adam with His hand, as He Almighty said: "He said, 'O Iblis, what prevented you from prostrating to that which I created with My two hands? Were you arrogant, or were you among the high ones?'" He also created the Garden of Eden and planted its trees with His hand. On the authority of Anas ibn Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah created the Garden of Eden and planted its trees with His hand, then He said to it: 'Speak.' So it said: 'The believers have succeeded.'"
