Is it permissible to wrap the Quran in a piece of cloth of unknown cleanliness?

A Muslim must respect and venerate the Qur’an and place it in a pure and clean spot, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever honors the sacred rites of Allah – it is better for him in the sight of his Lord," and "And whoever honors the symbols of Allah – indeed, it is from the piety of hearts." If you did not know of the impurity of the cloth and did not see any dirt on it, then it is deemed pure and clean, because the default state is purity, and there is no need to doubt its cleanliness.
