Is he who speaks about the Qur’an and arrives at the truth considered a sinner, and is this statement consistent with the call to God?

It is not permissible for an ignorant person to speak about the Qur'an based on their mere opinion. Whoever speaks about the Qur'an without knowledge, let him take his seat in the Hellfire. And whoever speaks about it based on his opinion and is correct, he has still erred. This is due to the danger of delving into the Book of Allah with conjecture and speculation without fulfilling the conditions of interpretation. However, it is permissible for him to narrate a saying he heard from people of knowledge, or to use a verse as evidence for what is known by necessity in religion, without delving into interpretation. Ibn Abbas clarified that the interpretation of the Qur'an has four aspects: an interpretation known by scholars; an interpretation for which people are not excused for their ignorance; an interpretation known by Arabs through their language; and an interpretation known only to Allah.
