Is it necessary to make up the two rak'ahs of Fajr immediately upon purification from menstruation, or can they be delayed until the next Fajr time?

If a woman wakes up after the time for prayer has begun and finds herself menstruating, her situation will not be devoid of one of three scenarios:

1. She knows or predominantly believes that menstruation began before the time for prayer started: She is not required to make up the prayer because she was not in a state of purity suitable for prayer when its time began. 2. She knows or predominantly believes that menstruation began after the time for prayer started: She makes up the prayer as a precautionary measure after she becomes pure. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen leaned towards the view that making it up is not obligatory but is more cautious. 3. She does not know whether she menstruated before or after the time for prayer began: The event is attributed to the nearest time, and she considers herself to have menstruated after the time for prayer began, because the original state is that she was in a state of purity suitable for prayer.

It is preferable to make up the missed prayer before the current prayer upon purification, and it is obligatory to make up missed prayers immediately.
