How does one shorten and combine prayers when traveling a distance of 200 km ten times a month, knowing that the school of thought is Hanafi?

The Hanafi school of thought mandates shortening the four-rak'ah prayers during travel, provided that the distance between the city of departure and the destination city is a three-day journey (15-21 farsakhs). Shortening begins after passing the houses of the city and continues as long as the traveler is on their journey or does not intend to reside for fifteen days. The Hanafis do not permit combining prayers except in Arafat and Muzdalifah.
