The question

Is a mother's crying over her deceased child before birth considered forbidden and an objection to Allah's decree? Is she allowed to visit his grave and see him in the hereafter? And should he have been washed, shrouded, and prayed over like adults?

The answer

The afflicted person is required to show patience and seek reward from Allah when a calamity befalls them. Mere sadness of heart and tears from the eye do not negate patience.

As for visiting graves, it is permissible under certain conditions. If the fetus reaches four months of age, it should be washed, shrouded, and prayed over. So, if the fetus is washed for cleanliness, wrapped in a cloth, and prayed over, then the obligation has been fulfilled.
