Is the treatment of warts or "fish eyes" by reading certain surahs from the Quran and specific supplications on certain days of the Arabic month, which are said to heal, considered forbidden?

Ruqyah using the Quran and supplications (du'a) that are authentically transmitted (ma'thur) and understandable in their meaning is permissible, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Present your ruqyahs to me; there is no harm in ruqyahs as long as they do not contain shirk (polytheism)." As for people's saying, "By the right of the month that has appeared, take the evil that has emerged," this is an innovated and prohibited form of seeking intercession.
