What is the authenticity of the narration that reciting Surat Ad-Dukhan in the evening brings seventy thousand angels to glorify Allah for its reciter, and does it have any other virtues?

The hadith, "Whoever recites Ha Mim Al-Dukhan at night, seventy thousand angels will seek forgiveness for him in the morning," is weak or fabricated (mawdu'). Al-Tirmidhi declared it weak due to the presence of Omar ibn Abi Khath'am in its chain of narration, about whom Muhammad (Al-Bukhari) said that he was "munkar al-hadith" (denounced in hadith). Ibn Al-Jawzi and Al-Albani included it among the fabricated hadiths, while some hadith scholars considered it weak but not fabricated.
