There is no harm in photographing aid recipients if there is a genuine need for it, such as encouraging donations or dispelling donors' doubts. Otherwise, it is not permissible due to the absence of need, and it may lead to harming the poor and diminishing the sincerity of the donor. Secrecy in charity is better unless a predominant benefit results from its disclosure.
