Who are the trustworthy scholars who do not fear the blame of any critic regarding Allah, and what are the books that form a complete Islamic library and are beneficial in the Hereafter before this world?

We ask Allah for success and to grant us understanding in His religion. It is not possible to identify a sheikh characterized by specific qualities except by asking students of knowledge in the country concerned, for there is good in the Ummah.
