What is the ruling regarding the continued marriage of a man who has repeatedly committed adultery and abandoned prayer before and after his marriage to a chaste woman? Adultery is one of the most heinous sins, and a husband committing it does not nullify the marriage. Neglecting prayer is one of the gravest sins; if it is out of denial of its obligation, then it is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam.
