What is the ruling on money saved by a wife to perform 'Umrah, knowing that she takes it from her husband's money in small amounts without his knowledge, or sometimes without his consent, and he sometimes accuses her of theft?

A husband must spend on his wife reasonably, and he is not obligated to give her any of his money for her to spend or save, unless it is a voluntary donation from him. If the husband spends on his wife reasonably, it is not permissible for her to save anything from his money without his permission. Umrah (definition) is not obligatory for a woman who is unable to perform it, due to the Almighty's saying: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity," and "Allah does not burden a soul except with what He has given it."
