Is a wife obligated to inform her husband of the source of the money she lent him, especially if part of it came from household expenses, and does her not informing him affect the reward of her Umrah?

If the husband provides for his wife and children in a reasonable manner, it is not permissible for her to take anything from his money without his permission, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "A woman is a guardian in her husband's house and is responsible for her charge." If he gives her money as a gift or for her personal expenses, she may save from it without his knowledge. However, if he gives her money to spend on the household, she is not allowed to save from it except with his permission, because it is not her property. Money saved from household funds belongs to the husband, and if she lends it to him, she must inform him that it is his money, and he is not obligated to return it. Repentance is obligatory for lying to the husband.
