Is parental opposition considered an act of disobedience if their pressure is focused on removing the legal hijab and wearing an ordinary hijab, or on returning to the country, while they themselves refuse to return?

Islamic law has not specified a particular type of clothing for women, but rather has set conditions for it. If the trousers are wide, not defining the body's contours, and worn with a wide, loose top that covers the body down to the knees, along with covering the head and neck, then this constitutes a lawful hijab and is permissible to wear. Obedience to parents is obligatory if they command it. However, if any of these conditions are not met, then it is not permissible to wear it, and there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to God, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no obedience in disobedience to God; obedience is only in what is right." One should seek help from close relatives to convince the parents and frequently supplicate to Allah.
