What is the ruling on the following phrases: "A constitution, O our masters," and "the mockery of destiny," and "the futility of fate"? Are they considered disbelief, and what about one who utters them intending their meaning, and is their utterer excommunicated by designation?

The first phrase, "O people of the dwelling," has no definitive original meaning. There is no harm for whoever says it to seek permission. However, whoever says it while holding a specific belief about it, their ruling is according to their belief. The second phrase, "May my father and mother be sacrificed for you," is impermissible (haram). The third phrase, "May Allah curse poverty," involves accusing divine decree and diminishing Allah the Almighty.
