What is the legitimate Islamic solution to the problem of a daughter from a divorced family getting married, whose father refused to complete the marriage after his initial approval due to a financial dispute, and the marriage contract was concluded again without his explicit approval, and he now refuses to approve it and demands a divorce after the consummation?

Marriage without the permission of the guardian is invalid, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "There is no marriage without a guardian," and "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid." Therefore, the contract must be annulled if it was concluded without the consent of the bride's father. The father must be consulted to renew it. If the father refuses while being an 'adil (one who prevents marriage for no valid reason), the woman can file a lawsuit for 'adal with the Sharia judge to have her married if the suitor is suitable.
