Is it permissible to take the principal and donate the profit from selling alcohol, with the intention of distancing oneself from buying it by raising prices?

The means take the ruling of their ends, and whatever leads to the forbidden is forbidden. Scholars have explicitly stated the prohibition of selling grapes to someone who will turn them into wine, because it is an aid to sin. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten categories of people concerning wine, among them its seller and the one who consumes its price. It is not permissible for a Muslim merchant to deal with alcohol companies, because that entails aiding them in their sin. Every sale, lease, gift, or loan that aids in a disobedience is forbidden if the intention is manifest. If the sale has already taken place, repentance becomes obligatory, and the price or profit should be given as charity to avoid disagreement, clear one's conscience, and complete the repentance.
