What is the ruling on applying oil to the hair of the head during the daytime in Ramadan?

There is no harm in applying hair oil during the daytime in Ramadan, and it does not affect the fast. Applying kohl or anything used to beautify the face, such as soap, oils, and other similar substances that relate to the outer skin, does not break the fast. All types of oils do not affect the fasting person and do not break their fast.
