What is the ruling on women using kohl and cosmetics during the day in Ramadan, and do they break the fast?

Kohl does not invalidate the fast of one who is fasting. It is recommended to use it at night. The same applies to everything that beautifies the face related to the outer skin, such as soap, oils, henna, and makeup, though harmful makeup is disliked.
