Does kohl and women's makeup break the fast during Ramadan, or not?

For one who applies kohl while fasting, their fast is not invalidated unless they perceive its trace in their throat. Therefore, it is more cautious to make up the fast (qada'), and it is better not to apply kohl during the day. As for one who oils their head while fasting, their fast is not invalidated.
