Is it permissible for a husband to order his wife to withdraw her money from a usurious bank without her father’s consent, or must he try to convince her father of the religious ruling concerning its withdrawal? And is it permissible for him to be strict with his wife in this matter so that she pressures her parents, knowing that leaving the money in a usurious bank for even one more day is considered unlawful?

Your wife is not permitted to deposit her money in an interest-based (riba-based) bank, except out of necessity, such as the absence of a safe place to keep her money, like an Islamic bank. Otherwise, the money must be withdrawn, and the usurious interest disposed of, especially since you have instructed her to do so. She is not required to seek her father's approval; rather, it is not permissible to obey him in a matter that involves disobedience to Allah. It is preferable that she withdraws the money without incurring her father's displeasure.

You are not responsible for your wife's money, nor do you have authority over it. Your role is to guide and advise her. If she responds positively, then that is well and good. If she insists otherwise, you bear no sin.
