Is it obligatory to make up the fast for one from whom semen was emitted after breaking the fast?

The emission of semen after breaking the fast does not affect the fast. Fasting is abstaining from the desires of the stomach and the private parts during the daylight hours of Ramadan, not during its nights. Just as eating and drinking at night are not considered things that break the fast, so too is the emission of semen.
