Is a significant infestation of cockroaches in a person's home, and their inability to get rid of them despite maintaining cleanliness and using pesticides and chemicals, a sign of God's wrath?

A Muslim ridiculing his brother and backbiting are forbidden by Islamic law, as Allah Almighty says: "O YOU WHO BELIEVE! LET NOT A PEOPLE RIDICULE ANOTHER PEOPLE; PERHAPS THEY MAY BE BETTER THAN THEM; NOR LET WOMEN RIDICULE OTHER WOMEN; PERHAPS THEY MAY BE BETTER THAN THEM. AND DO NOT INSULT ONE ANOTHER AND DO NOT CALL EACH OTHER BY OFFENSIVE NICKNAMES. WRETCHED IS THE NAME OF DISOBEDIENCE AFTER FAITH. AND WHOEVER DOES NOT REPENT – THEN IT IS TH THOSE WHO ARE THE WRONGDOERS." Allah may punish some of His servants in this world to alert them, but it cannot be definitively asserted that cockroaches are a sign of Allah's wrath upon the woman.
