The answer

A person must advise his mother and instill in her fear of Allah, reminding her of the danger of sorcery and that it leads to apostasy from the religion, as Allah Almighty says: "But neither of them taught anyone until they had said, 'We are only a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic].'" He must continue to supplicate for her guidance and righteousness, for the right of the mother to dutifulness and kindness does not cease, no matter what she does, as Allah Almighty says: "And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him through hardship upon hardship, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness." Perhaps his dutifulness to her will be the reason she stops her actions.
