What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a wife returning after being divorced more than ten times during severe fits of anger, or during menstruation, or during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred, and with the husband's ignorance of the divorce taking effect except in the Sharia court?

Divorce pronounced in a state of anger is valid unless the angry person reaches a state where they do not comprehend what they are saying. Innovated divorce (talaq bid'i) is valid despite its prohibition. The ignorance of the divorcer regarding the validity of a divorce pronounced outside of court does not affect its occurrence if he understood the meaning and intent of the words. Explicit divorce (sarih al-talaq) does not require intention. However, if someone pronounces divorce without knowing its meaning, they are not held accountable for it. Based on this, the wife is irrevocably divorced and is not permissible for him until she marries another husband willingly. If that husband divorces her and her waiting period (iddah) ends, she then becomes permissible for him again.
