Is it permissible to rejoice at the killing of an oppressive Muslim who caused the death and terrorization of Muslims and innocent non-Muslims, if his killing was at the hands of disbelievers who are fighting Muslims?

If the killing of a wicked Muslim reduces evil and corruption without leading to greater injustice, then rejoicing at his death is permissible, because it removes a corruption. Al-Nakha'i wept and Al- prostrated upon the death of Al-Hajjaj. And the servants and the lands find rest from the wicked servant upon his death. But if his killing leads to greater evil, then rejoicing is not permissible.
