What is the ruling of the Shari'ah on a husband who stipulates permission to enter his wife's house for her son from a previous marriage, and sees himself as having a right to her money, claiming ownership of her working time?

It is not permissible for the husband to prevent his wife from housing her son from another man with them if he knew about it at the time of the marriage contract. If the wife stipulated his housing with them at the time of marriage, then prevention is certainly not allowed. The wife has an independent financial standing, so it is not permissible for her husband to take anything from her salary except with her willing consent, or if he stipulated a part of it in exchange for allowing her to work, and the conditions must be fulfilled. The children are granted visitation rights with their mother: daily for the young children and once a week for the older ones.
