Which is the best land after Makkah, Madinah, and Bayt al-Maqdis?

There is no religious evidence indicating the virtue of specific countries, apart from the three blessed places (the Sacred Mosque, the Prophet's Mosque, and Al-Aqsa Mosque). It is not permissible to favor one country over another except with religious evidence. Scholars cite the hadith: "Journeys are not to be undertaken except to three mosques: the Sacred Mosque, the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and Al-Aqsa Mosque," as proof that no mosque has virtue over another outside of these three mosques.
