The answer

An explicit divorce takes effect without the need for intention, whether uttered seriously or in jest. If the husband pronounced the triple divorce to his wife, she becomes irrevocably separated from him by a major divorce (baynunah kubra). She does not become lawful for him again until she marries another husband, who then divorces her after consummation, or dies, and her waiting period (iddah) concludes.

It is advisable to present this matter to a Sharia court or to trustworthy scholars. If the husband denies the divorce in this situation, it is not lawful for the wife to remain with him, and she must separate from him through khul'.
