What is the ruling on a 14-year-old girl wearing a long dress instead of a jilbab in front of her sister's husband, knowing that she is accustomed to wearing the jilbab?

If the long dress meets the specifications of the lawful Islamic dress for women, then there is no harm in her wearing it in front of her sister's husband. Otherwise, it is not permissible for her to appear before him in it.
