Is a wife's fulfilling of her husband's masochistic desires - such as being under her feet and being called a servant - permissible to keep him from the forbidden, or is it forbidden, bearing in mind that he is a religious person and a حافظ لكتاب الله (Hafiz of the Book of Allah)?

Masochism is a psychological disorder characterized by deriving pleasure from physical or psychological pain. It is a deviation in sexual behavior where an individual reaches the peak of pleasure through physical harm or humiliation.

Its causes are not precisely known, but it is believed that the masochistic person identifies with the role of an oppressed mother and acquires a deep sense of guilt that drives them to seek harm to alleviate these feelings, and due to their feelings of loneliness and fear of abandonment.

The husband must seek treatment for this disorder from a trusted specialist. It is forbidden for him to look at pictures of women, their feet, or follow news about masochists. Kissing the wife's foot is not forbidden in itself. However, self-humiliation, such as placing one's head under the wife's foot and saying "a servant and a humble dog," is forbidden or reprehensible. But if it is under the influence of illness, there is no sin upon him.

The wife should alleviate the husband's feelings of guilt and fear of abandonment, instill reassurance and trust in him, strive to show him love and appreciation, and take his hand to seek treatment for the illness, accompanying him throughout his treatment journey.
