Is it permissible to lick the feet of one's wife, and is that considered a psychological illness, and can a Muslim do that in Paradise?

A man being aroused by women's feet, to the exclusion of the rest of their bodies, is a type of paraphilia, and it is advisable to consult specialists for it. It is permissible for a man to enjoy touching his wife's entire body, including her private parts, based on the noble Hadith (definition): "Guard your private parts except from your wife and what your right hand possesses." Since it is permissible to enjoy the private parts, it is also permissible to look at them and touch them, just like the rest of the body. However, specifically licking feet is considered a deviation from sound human nature (fitra) and requires psychological treatment. As for this act in Paradise, it has been answered in previous fatwas.
