Does the intentional or unintentional repetition of a word or phrase from the first or last Tashahhud, or the unintentional or intentional repetition of a word or phrase in Al-Fatiha, necessitate prostration of forgetfulness (Sujud Al-Sahw)?

Repeating a verse from Al-Fatihah or a phrase from the Tashahhud does not necessitate a prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw). Rather, the prostration of forgetfulness is prescribed only when one repeats the entire Al-Fatihah due to forgetfulness or doubt.
