Is prostration of forgetfulness (sujud al-sahw) necessary if some words or elongations (mudud) of Al-Fatiha are repeated—due to doubt about the correct pronunciation—like one who recites Al-Fatiha twice?

We advise you to turn away from waswasa (whispering of Satan/obsessive thoughts) and not to pay attention to it, and not to repeat the utterance unless you are certain that you did not pronounce it correctly. Repeating a word or a verse in Al-Fatiha does not necessitate sujud as-sahw (prostration of forgetfulness). If the repetition is not due to waswasa, then there is no harm in it. The Malikis are of the opinion that sujud as-sahw is legislated for repeating Al-Fatiha out of forgetfulness.
