What is the ruling on a wife remaining with her husband and his family in one house, given the existence of problems related to cramped living space, the husband's neglect of her, the home, and the children, his family's interference in their lives, and the negative impact of this on the children, especially if the husband offered her to move out of his family's house but by dealing with usury?

It is the wife's right to enjoy an independent home, and she has the right to demand it and refuse her husband until he provides it. It is not permissible to reside in a home purchased with usurious installments except in cases of extreme necessity. The husband must fear Allah, treat his wife kindly, and avoid harmful night gatherings. The wife must be patient, supplicate, and handle the matter with wisdom and gentleness.
