The answer

We do not know of anyone who deemed it desirable to remove bones from meat when giving it as charity, whether it be an (sacrifice), a Hady (offering during Hajj), or anything else. Charity includes the meat with its bones. As for the (sacrifice for a newborn), some scholars mentioned the desirability of separating its parts without breaking its bones, as an optimistic sign for the well-being of the newborn. No one mentioned the desirability of removing its bones from its meat when giving it as charity.
