Is looking at pictures of naked men considered sodomy?

Sight is one of the greatest blessings after Islam, and it must be thanked for by using it in obedience to Allah. Allah Almighty has forbidden the unrestricted gaze at forbidden things, and it is mentioned in the Hadith that the eye commits adultery through looking. Unrestricted looking at forbidden things is unlawful, but it is not considered sodomy.
