How can a woman overcome her weaknesses and committing sins, especially when dealing with her fiancé, such as letting him hold her hand, and talking to him on the phone in conversations that exceed the Sharia limits, and what should she do about the conversations that take place between them during her sleep and cause her to feel guilty?

It is forbidden for a suitor to be alone with his fiancée, or to touch her, or to speak with her unnecessarily; because she is a stranger to him until the legitimate contract is concluded. It is obligatory to adhere to the limits of the Sharia (definition) and avoid being lenient in this regard, while seeking help from Allah Almighty, associating with righteous women, occupying one's time with what is beneficial, and increasing supplication and remembrance.
