What is the validity of Dr. Ahmed Emara's statement that there are erroneous hadiths in Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, such as the hadith: "The meat of cows is harmful, and their milk is beneficial"?

Rather, what is in it is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "sacrificed cows on behalf of his wives." Ibn al-Qayyim and al-Sakhawi deemed it weak due to the lack of authenticity in its chain of narration and the weakness of its routes. It has been authentically reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sacrificed cows on behalf of his wives, and he would not offer something harmful as an offering. Even according to those who strengthen theith by combining its various routes, it does not necessitate the general prohibition or disfavor of beef.
