What is the authenticity of the noble Hadith: "You must take to cow's milk, for it grazes on every tree, and it is a cure for every disease"?

The Hadith: "Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it. Therefore, you must use cow's milk, for it gathers from every tree." Narrated by Ibn Hibban, Al-Hakim, An-Nasa'i, and others, from Qais bin Muslim, from Tariq bin Shihab, from Abdullah bin Mas'ud, مرفوعًا (with an unbroken chain of narration attributed to the Prophet). Al-Hakim and Al-Dhahabi said: It is authentic according to the conditions of Muslim. It was also authenticated by Al-Sakhawi, Al-Albani, and Shu'ayb Al-Arna'ut.
