How can a menstruating woman attain God's protection and care mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allah"?

There are many ways to receive Allah Almighty's protection, among them: reciting "In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" three times in the morning and evening, and "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Say: He is Allah, the One) and the two 'Mu'awwidhatayn' (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) three times in the morning and evening. And among the greatest means of attaining Allah Almighty's protection is obeying Him, safeguarding His limits, and upholding His rights, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Safeguard Allah, and He will safeguard you." Allah's safeguarding of His servant is of two types: safeguarding him in the affairs of his worldly life, and safeguarding him in his religion and faith.
