What is the ruling of Islam on a person who smokes hashish after the 'Isha prayer?

It is not permissible to consume hashish in any way because it is an intoxicant and harmful to the body, and its consumption is forbidden at all times. The prayer that forbids indecency and evil is the prayer of the humble servant who is mindful of the nearness of his Lord, not the prayer of the heedless and distracted.
