What is the ruling on one who prays and takes drugs after the 'Isha' prayer?

It is not befitting for a Muslim to cause the loss of his intellect and the absence of his consciousness, for by doing so he reverts to disbelief and exchanges Allah’s blessing for ingratitude. Prayer, which prohibits indecency and evil, does not combine with the consumption of these vile abominations. The servant must remember the Day of Judgment.
