What is the ruling on removing the hijab to study in a foreign country?

A woman is not permitted to remove her hijab under the pretext of studying, because the knowledge obligatory upon her is limited to the rulings of the two testimonies (Shahadatain), prayer (Salah), and fasting (Sawm). Seeking knowledge does not justify her traveling to lands of disbelief (Kufr) without a Mahram, nor does it allow her to compromise her hijab and covering. This is from the deception of Satan. Therefore, she must adhere to the methodology of her Lord and preserve her hijab.
