Is it better to wear the hijab, or to withdraw from studies when the hijab is prohibited in institutes?

If what is meant by hijab is for a woman to cover her body except for the face and hands, and the institutes only prohibit covering the face and hands, then there is latitude in the matter due to the difference of opinion on it. However, if what is meant is removing the hijab, such as uncovering the hair and so on, then this is not permissible. Hijab is an individual obligation (fardh ayn) upon every Muslim woman, and abandoning studies becomes obligatory if there is no way to continue them except by removing the hijab.
