Who is Uways al-Qarani, and is his grave located in the city of Raqqa, Syria?

Uwais al-Qarani is Uwais ibn Amir al-Muradi al-Qarani al-Yamani. He is the best of the Tabi'in (the generation after the Companions), as testified by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He participated in the conquest of Azerbaijan and died there, and his grave is there, not in Raqqa or Syria.
