Who is our master Al-Qarni, what is his full name, along with a brief overview of him?

Uways ibn 'Amir ibn Juz' ibn Malik ibn 'Amr ibn Sa'd ibn 'Aswan ibn Qarn ibn Radman ibn Najiya ibn Murad, who is Yahabir ibn Malik ibn Adad of Madhhij.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, praised him, saying: "Indeed, the best of the Tabi'in is a man called Uways. He has a mother, and he had a white spot on his body. So, instruct him to seek forgiveness for you."

'Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, used to inquire about Uways until he met him and confirmed his signs. He then asked him to seek forgiveness for him, as the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had advised.

Al-Dhahabi mentioned in "Siyar A'lam al-Nubala'" that he participated in a campaign in Azerbaijan and died there.
