How can a non-Muslim embrace Islam while Muslims despise him and blame him for actions he did not commit?

Muslims feel compassion for all human beings, believers and disbelievers, males and females, because they are all descendants of Adam, whose sin caused his expulsion from Paradise. This compassion motivates them to help people overcome limitations and attain the freedom of a relationship with God, just as the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, grieved for those who did not believe in him. The hatred of Muslims is not for individuals, but for disbelief and atheism, which can lead them to eternal torment. There is no compulsion in religion, and Muslims respect the rights of non-Muslims in their beliefs, and in the protection of their lives and property. They offer them assistance and care in illness and poverty, hoping to save them from the Fire. Islam is built upon mercy and tolerance, and the message of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, is a mercy to the worlds.
